About Me

I am a painter, enjoy drawing and taking pictures. For 29 years I worked in the video game industry as an artist, environment artist and art director. I have refocused my work to the traditional arts and have been really enjoying drawing and painting the figure, including portraiture. Capturing how the light falls across and interacts with form is of interest to me, as well as the colors that are created, and the resulting edges that are cast. I have a BFA in Illustration from Art Center College of Design, and a BA in Art from California State University Northridge.
